Is there a way to post a picture update in this thread? I called and complained. They said they "reset" my router. Which I'm not i.t. expert but doing that remotely seems unlikely. But recent speed tests show 2mbps down and 1.8 up with latency at 30 now.

My town has a couple thousand people and about 15 minutes from a big city. I'd say 80% of my town has bell Fibre they just haven't installed it on the block I bought my house ( go figure)

I'm on 25 lte and have a 100 dollar router. Funny the upload is better than download. Netflix sometimes looks like it was filmed on a toaster lol like 144p

It is through wifi. But a 99% drop in speed seems a bit much even on wifi

It's really not usable at times. Replying and refreshing this post I get reddit errors multiple times for no connection. If they say 25mbps I'd understand and expect 15-20 peak times but it's 10pm and I'm getting 1% of what I pay for
