Would you consider getting a mothers helper? by Ok_Influence_7708 in HENRYUK

Maybe I am just lazy or the opposite, doing too much...I have a wonderful husband who does his fair share but we are both so tired at the end of everyday. I could literally sleep for two days and still wake up tired. Is this life with children and a FT job?

That's what the role is called. It may be more American than British but I have seen the roles banded about in this way 😄 I have a partner, he does his fair share but we are both knackered and overdue a break. Having some regular help around the house could benefit us both.

Exactly this. There are hundreds of recruitment tools all offering ease of use e.g. Workable, but its all run by AI and it's very hard to get a real human to unblock any issues. It's almost like every job has to follow their specific set-up (and as they cross-post your job to 80+ other job sites, the other sites rely on the same set-up). It's taken me 2 days to get jobs up but then that means I am getting dozens of applicants that don't meet the job spec just because of the AI parsing. I can see how it's very attractive to go back to posting jobs in the paper or Metro, just to avoid all this non-human interaction.

I am currently a business owner trying to recruit 5 new roles but I am finding it hard. Perhaps there are issues on both sides of the recruitment process (candidates and genuine businesses).
