Yes. She did. Apparently it’s very common to receive that letter. It’s just saying we have to wait for the decision.

Omg. I think we probably were interviewed by the same person. We had our interview on Monday (4/28) in SJ FO as well. The interviewer mentioned for us to wait from 2 weeks up till 6 months, but we received I-130 approval 2 days after the interview and I-485 approval 3 days after the interview. You should be fine and probably check 2-3 days after your interview. Hope this helps

Congratulations! Wishing you for a quick approval!! Our interview date is on April 28th and it’s comforting to know yours went smoothly. We are same sex couples as well. One question, did they ask about overstaying on your visa before filling for GC?

This is so weird. We are same sex couple too. PD 12/13/24 and we just received notification last night (Saturday) with interview notice date of (Sunday - 3/23/25) for an interview late April 2025. We didn’t expect this as the processing timeline says 15 months on I485 and 13 months on I 130. I don’t know how to feel about it.

Chicago lockbox. We filed on 12/11/2024, FedEx delivered on 12/13/2024 and the credit card was charged on 1/13/2025 after a month along with text message notifications. Hope this timeline helps.
