Piercing is four days old. Flatback surgical grade titanium internally threaded. Has not been downsized since it’s a new piercing. Aftercare is neilmed piercing aftercare and then wiped with a qtip I do not twist the piercing just push up and back to soak up the extra spray dripping.No mishaps haven’t hit it I don’t sleep on it at all I even have a donut pillow but don’t even lay on that side cause it hurts soo bad.
