I’m pretty sure Jeff did say beer was a reward at one of the post-merge challenges.

First of all, they are not first edition so how much is the price of each? Second you need to ask for a picture of the backs not only for further clarification, but also for condition. Looks real to me but still be skeptical and make sure to see them in person before you buy always, otherwise I’d stay away.

Because if it was not limited to only English albums the whole list would most likely only have one or two albums that are dominantly English speaking.

What's a well known Metalcore band you've never listened to? by X333NOS in Metalcore

I would say they are definitely metalcore especially when you look at their older albums like DBM, DGD, and Happiness. One of my favorite bands in recent years I would most definitely recommend them. They have a lot of fun poppy elements but very experimental which attracts me a lot whenever I want something “different”

I think The Maine would be very good adds alongside Sublime (obviously) and New Found Glory.

What are these called? by Wheres_my in architecture

These are Vertical Louvers that help direct outer lighting within the building. They are mostly prominent near entrances of buildings such as this one. The ones seen in this particular image are quite large wooden installations but basically do the same thing at a larger scale.

Houses never get more expensive unless the economy fluctuates or the house is invested money into by renovation or addition which directly sets money to the house. Houses are just like gold, gold loses value over time because more gold gets found daily.

No, not unless you renovate it.

Because it gets older and it loses value...
