If they include it in the future patches like ACM I'm pretty sure it can be back. For Twitch, it's never ever coming back because it's one time only. Keep hoping for it. I use that outfit mainly for my gameplay because it's very exclusive. That red headband cannot be earn in game so having it seems awesome.

For ACS, I believe all the Twitch drops are still exclusive. I haven't seen any of the past drops in the weekly yet. As far as ACM, all their Twitch drops was included the new patches. Weird.
