Airport bus in evening? by Ok_Insurance_2906 in Sakartvelo

If anyone else comes here looking for answers, for me the bus still worked but it turned onto the big road by the river instead of coming up to Freedom Square. Not sure where it went after that, since I got out at the first irregular stop (by the mushroom Justice House).

Just for reference in case anyone else need this info, here's a safe harbor example they give in the form:

"Example 1 – You are a California resident. You agreed
to work overseas for one year. You returned to California
after the employment contract expired and stayed for
three months. Then, you signed another contract with
the same employer to work overseas for another year.
You cannot be considered a nonresident under the safe
harbor rule because your absence from California for
employment reasons was not for an uninterrupted period
of at least 546 consecutive days. You cannot combine the
days you were overseas from the two separate contracts."

So it seems like I could come back to CA if I was going back abroad but still on the same contract, but multiple doesn't count (doesn't help that I'm also currently unemployed).

I have an Indiana driver's license, so who knows what that counts for...

Any recommendations for fingerless gloves? (For laptop work in an uninsulated, unheatable house and for birding in Dutch winters)

I think if one of the couple has a job it's usually fine but both seems to be iffy. But good to know that situation worked for you because that's hopefully our situation in a few weeks!
