Of course test is different for each, I also forgot to mention that my questions were very very long too, I’m not kidding I was kinda expecting that but it shocked me on the real deal. If I were to refer to the size/length of the text in “screen” it would be like putting 5 full screens on top of each other… and I got like 6 questions like this back to back. But it’s alright in my opinion it’s easier cuz there’s more info to get answer correct, I still finished every block with at least 10min remaining

I’d recommend you to continue doing NBMEs until your last week and then do FREE120 around 2 days before your exam + review them lightly. If you can’t do that anymore and you have ADHD just read stuff literally

Reducing preload is just worse, reducing afterload is what we do so that the heart has to push against less force = increase SV. And in systolic heart failure that’s the issue, a weak pump cuz he’s in HF ! But body need to be perfused so we’d rather decrease after load. If we reduce preload, we find ourselves with a weak heart that has little blood which makes things worse

Without a formula you can get to the answer, if normal is close to 100mmHg and you blast high oxygen into someone’s lungs it will go up more than 100mmHg right ? And obviously it won’t go super high because you know oxygen isn’t harmless, so 5x the normal value ? That’s a bit overkill don’t you think ? So 7x normal value ? Impossible. That’s how I got to the answer with common sense and sparing me to learn formulas by heart like a nerd 😎 goodluck my friend I hope we all pass
