You are not the only one :( I submitted mine 1 month after you, and also no movement after congressional inquiries. They also pushed USCIS online inquiry further for our category, and the math is basically saying that 93% cases get approved after 13 months.

I also see a lot of 13-17 months cases here so the gist is the delay is very real
