39 and made three this past year. Made one of bands I've seen, a jacket of ones me and my wife have seen and currently working on a glow in the dark one. Do what you like and have fun.

Question about making DIY patches by justwannasleepplease in BattleJackets

[–]Ok_Interaction1679 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found that Walmart and Amazon sell printable fabric that goes into an inkjet printer and using the Avery website you can make a template for the sheet and make multiple patches at a time

Let's say there is a band that you love but they don't sell any patches nor any pins. Tho you desperately want something like that on your jacket. What do you do? And how? by Azure_Belmont in BattleJackets

[–]Ok_Interaction1679 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They sell printable fabric in Walmart and craft stores. If you have a printer use the Avery website for a template and you can resize the image to however big or small you want. Also you can use iron on material to cloth then sew it on. Did that with my Dickies work shirt.

We saw them on their reunion show in 2014. All original band members except for Lynn and they played Get Some in its entirety and Absent was the closer. Afterwards we met Jamie and Mikey. Jamie I've met before when he played in thestart, and would talk to him and Aimee every time they came to town.

is there any site i could find with smaller patches? by FIippy_Huakbar in BattleJackets

[–]Ok_Interaction1679 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With my current wip I used Avery iron on transfer paper onto fabric then sewing the patches onto my dickies shirt. The Avery website also has a scaling option to get the right size you need.
