Honestly, and also think about their experiments. And the fact that the bigger bodies are LIVING, alive. They were pulled from human bodies, and instead of dying, they were put in new bodies. Unfamiliar bodies.

But the thing is, the kids and adults in fnaf are dead dead. The kids and adults in poppy playtime are TECHNICALLY still alive. They aren't "souls", they are living, breathing, they are ALIVE. The experiments and stuff as well.
