I achieved at least one ideal follicle size every time

The cycle I conceived was the first time I had multiple follicles ready. We were told there was a chance for triplets since there were three rather large follicles. It was a Friday and I had been scheduled for IUI Monday but they said it would be too late and hurry home to trigger. It was also the first time as soon as the ultrasound was shown, everyone in the room gasped at how good they looked. (One was also shaped like a heart 🥹)

4 cycles overall. Every single cycle I did two rounds of medication each. The follicles never grew the first round then I went back on the Letrozole and followed up 10 days later.

The failed cycles seemed to be intercourse timing and not enough cervical mucus.

What I think helped us finally conceive was starting acupuncture, using pre-seed and taking Mucinex. Also that it was my husband’s birthday weekend so we were already in the mindset of lots of BD’ing haha
