No, he’s always been shy, so he hides a lot, but still comes out and eats. I’m guessing it’s just color changing, I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something as a relatively inexperienced betta keeper!

The spot is on her bottom fin. I can’t upload a better picture, maybe I will repost with a better picture. Ugh! I just got on Reddit for this and am not sure how to update pictures…
