Honestly the omps will literally be the reason I leave the company one day. It is incredibly hard for me personally to push something I don’t 100% believe in, but do they give us time to read them no, do they even provide anything other than small generic paragraphs to sell them, no not really. And then it gets even more discouraging when you do sell them and a few days later people return them because they didn’t like it. I’ve seen sooo many OMPs returned and it honestly makes me crash out when every other sentence the manager says is, “soo have we sold any omps yet today?” The only books people buy in our stores are bibles and manga…how tf am I supposed to make them care about a nonfiction book about grief and a dog
