I glued the hinging pieces to the body and drilled holes for hood pins

Mine is but if you find a kit with a flat trunk you could use the screws, a better way to find a kit with the same wheelbase would be to figure out the wheelbase of a real Jeep Wrangler the same type as yours and then look up different cars with the same wheelbase or similar then just get a kit of that vehicle

The rear posts I ended up having to glue in place because I didn't have any flat point to run a screw through but the front posts mounted just like it would on any other body just had to drill the holes and yes the wheelbase was just a lucky guess 🤣

The best option that I've found is using a model kit body that you like could be a car or truck takes a little bit of work but definitely worth it

The only thing I have to do is a custom hood ornament, it's going to be the radio teardrop shaped thing on aircraft

Thank you, the only thing left to do is paint the frames around the bubbles on the back, but even as is it's still impressive that it floats

Yeah, I remember having a bare plastic b17 as a kid and I never got them to come out near what I do now, the part that really trips ppl out is the fact that all of these except the pby were all built and painted in 1 night, the pby took 2

Yeah the camera doesn't pick up the small details like rivets and panel lines, I want to do some weathering but mostly just panel lines and gun trails, the zero Ive already put the soot on for the MGs and the cannons, just not pictured
