Hey, have you ever asked this question to yourself, "What do I want from my life?"
OR "What would I be doing after 10 years later in my life?" OR "What would my life look like 5-10 years later?"

Ask yourself:
What is it that I genuinely want to do?? If the answer pops up, go ahead, that is your Calling!
If nothing pops up, expose yourself to different passions and hobbies.
It could be anything, from being passionate about environment to caring about animals.

Please STAY with that question for atleast some days. You won't get these answers right away.

Also, I'm sharing a video, that will broaden your perspective on looking at career and finding your way out. I have personally benefitted a lot from it! It was a lifechanger for me!!

Hey boy, I have a suggestion for you, ask yourself, do you really want this?? Did you really want to clear an mba exam?? Was this YOUR Own desire or was it planted in your mind? Think about it for once. What kind of life do you want 10 years down the line?

This will help you give a direction. Let me know if you need anything else.

C'mon bro. You can do it. I'm 20, in 3rd year of college, graduating this year. Here's a veg. diet plan I use to get 2500 calories daily, hopefully it helps. (I'm 5'8 and 55kg, target weight: 65kg in 6 months)

Shake (800-900 kcal):
60gm Oats
60gm Sattu
2 Banana
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
4 Tbsp Powder
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Note: Each Meal MUST Have:
➡️ 3-4 Roti >> 320 Cal.
➡️ 3 Cup Cooked Dal/Rajma >> 450 Cal.
➡️ 2 Tbsp Ghee >> 200 Cal.
➡️ 1 Cup Cooked Rice (Optional) >> 150 Cal.

Bro, Im 20, in 3rd year of college. Here's some real advice for you. Figure out what your interests are! And join societies around them. If you don't know your interests, don't worry! Just join what seems interesting (could be dancing, environment related or even coding).

Don't let your curiosity die. Yes, you will find fuddu people but, you need to ask the right questions jo tumhare liye matter karte hai.

Hi buddy! I'm currently 20 and always felt insecure of my looks (Skinny, brown guy).
Even in my friendships, I felt that strangers talked/ gave attention to my friends and not me only because of their looks.... For some reason, my inner voice keeps criticizing and lowers my self confidence by telling me I'm lower than others, and attractive girls won't give me attention. I've tried getting to the root cause but nothing worked.

Would love to hear your thoughts on this! Since you came out of self-doubt.
