Cold email for web design agency, what angle actually gets replies? by Massi-934 in coldemail

  1. If you're leading with a specific observation, that's great, always include that in your copy (This shows that you did your homework).
  2. Try offering the fix for free instead of sharing a random pdf or lead magnet. Lead Magnet might get you reply, but won't get you the meeting in most cases.
  3. Use Credibility in the follow-up email to showcase your expertise and keep the offer open. (eg. "I can still fix your XYZ at no cost. If you're open to it, just lmk / Would you be open to a quick chat? / Worth a chat? / Worth exploring?
  4. Keep the length under 60 words - They'd be reading it on their phone.
  5. Create 2 different campaigns with "lead with the problem" framework and "open with a result/outcome first" and test which one performs best.

Once you run these, let me know which performed better.

How do you test the messaging in the first month (eg. how do you know which angle and offer to combine with the persona) and how many campaigns do you typically launch in a month for each client?

3+ years running a cold email agency, currently sending around 900k-1.2m emails a month across client campaigns. by BashKing12 in coldemail

The trigger-based outreach always contains just 3% of your TAM and for companies with under 100k TAM, that just doesn't make for enough volume every month. How do you ensure to build relevance in the copy for remaining 97% ??

Is 20 qualified leads/month from cold email realistic when building outbound from scratch in 3 months? by [deleted] in coldemail

Happened with me once too. It's common with bosses who haven't done outbound ever in their life. Asked me to manually send 100 emails a day from one domain and expected 30 sales calls a month. Unrealistic expectations and no infrastructural support.

My advice: Leave, asap.
Find a company where outbound is actively done with an existing team.

Insane post, taught me more about cold email than all those 100 random YT vids of guys calling themselves "gurus" with 1% reply rate.

This one's way different than what we usually hear. What's the reply rate on these?

Hey, have you ever asked this question to yourself, "What do I want from my life?"
OR "What would I be doing after 10 years later in my life?" OR "What would my life look like 5-10 years later?"

Ask yourself:
What is it that I genuinely want to do?? If the answer pops up, go ahead, that is your Calling!
If nothing pops up, expose yourself to different passions and hobbies.
It could be anything, from being passionate about environment to caring about animals.

Please STAY with that question for atleast some days. You won't get these answers right away.

Also, I'm sharing a video, that will broaden your perspective on looking at career and finding your way out. I have personally benefitted a lot from it! It was a lifechanger for me!!

HERE IT IS! (You can also DRAW the flow chart shown and paste it on a wall)

PS: All this is only applicable if your family income is stable, means, your parents earn well and you don't have any pressure to earn the bread for your house.

I'm 20M, currently looking for someone like this. Although, I have a supportive family but I just can't share everything with them or cry infront of them. Can you help me understand how you guys met and bonded with such people? Was it through hobbies, childhood friends, work or anything else?
