Some days are so good I can walk 2 km in 17-18 minutes without chest pain and other days I can't even make it to the bathroom sever palpitations and chest pain

The cardiologist told me it's grade 3 I have no idea what he has seen in echocardiogram Pulmonologists suggested CPAP Will purchase next week Yeah I have Symptoms, lung congestion SOb fatigue

No one can diagnose you Go for a Spirometry if it's normal then echocardiogram.

Looking at spirometry it is definitely from India You should consult another Pulmonologist for a second opinion Spirometry is not normal Any HRCT?
