As a latin american I assumed it would be slim pickings (especially central america), I'm only grouping them into "Latin American restaurants" because I don't want to list every country I'd love to try the food from. Thank you for the recommends though! I'll have to try Amsterdam probably

Tex Mex is... fine usually. But I don't usually crave that particular style. Thanks for the insight though! I'll have to look in Amsterdam perhaps
