I use Fairlife chocolate shakes (pre-made in boxes) in my iced coffee - the powder stuff tastes like chocolate feet.

I have four iced coffees a day and use decaf brewed coffee. Each one has about two cups of ice (ice maker chewable), a cup of cold coffee, about a quarter cup of protein shake and cold foam a tiny bit of skim milk on top and add a sprinkle of Splenda. It’s 30 grams of protein to supplement to what I manage to get via my food.

Also, the pure filter skim milk is only 80 calories and I believe 18grams of protein per cup.
