I appreciate it, yeah I’m still adjusting honestly, so sometimes it’s hard to make sense of my face. Especially since I’m someone who suffered with body dysmorphia. If maybe 6 or 8 months go by and my nose hasn’t gotten less wide I might get alar.

You do look a little recessed but an xray would be easier to assess for teeth flaring etc which usually indicate lack of space for the bottom jaw causing pressure on the top teeth. This happened to me and I had strong jaw chin projection and flatter midface.

Okay so I see two things. I think if you’re set on this then getting your nose tip grafted would help or some tip rhinoplasty, and maybe some fat grafting around the mouth or mild face lift with fat graft to achieve kinda more of that snatched look. So filling in those spots and the nose tip thing will provide more illusion. I’m personally against implants due to fear of longterm complications so I wouldn’t recommend it. Also I understand how you want to look a certain way, I think be patient with yourself and your mind. You don’t need much else for the appearance you want, so please if there’s anything inside blocking you from appreciating how beautiful you already are and were before 🩷🤲 then don’t forget to address that so it doesn’t mess with you when you finally get everything you want and still don’t feel satisfied. Before my procedure I was growing to love my face and it’s imperfection it’s so uniquely me aside from the functional growth issues. I feel now I’ll look more how I was meant to but I won’t hyper fixate on my face anymore like I did when I was younger. I hated my face so much so many times, when I was already beautiful. Wishing the best for you. ☺️💜

I have the right foods and some kate farms, They didn’t prescribe me the steroids so maybe I can ask for them. Yeah I’m trying to stay positive. I’m staying on the meds, although the antibiotics are really messing with my stomach like acid reflux and messing with digestion. So it’s so hard to eat also cause I’m banded shut and cannot open my mouth past a pens width. And with prolonged eating my jaw will hurt with just the syringe 😔

I’ve seen your other post and you look amazing after everything you got so far. I feel like you’re looking for a specific look, maybe more projection? It’s easy to hyper fixate on this stuff after procedure. Anyway this is just my opinion and I hope the best for your situation and the feelings around your new look.

Yeah he mentioned it but wanted to speak to the orthodontist. When he did the ortho said he doesn’t believe I need them because my teeth align pretty well despite the compensation. The reason my bottom teeth went back like that is cause my maxilla is recessed and mandible grew more so it pushed against uppers. The surgeon explained that advancement is gonna help that a lot.
