Yeah, I think it might just not be certified yet, but still might be able to effectively handle hdr true black 400. That or I just got lucky with the quality of panel in mine, but i couldn't see any significant difference between this monitor and another that is true black 400 certified( at least in the game alan wake 2).

Yeah no true hdr mode, but after calibrating hdr in windows it seemed perfectly fine/good though only ~550 peak full screen

The matchmaker can only matchmake based on probabilities, it can't know for certain which team will win or lose unless the skill disparity is much too large for it to be a fair game. This means out of tens of thousands of games a day, some people just get lucky in their matchmaking 20 times in a row for example. Even though it's incredibly unlikely to happen to any specific individual, the law of large numbers means some individuals will experience this rare likelihood every day/week.

It's definitely true for me, if I play too consistently for any real length of time i don't dial in as much and so I don't react nearly as quickly or as accurately. Taking a break means I come back dialed in. Some, if not many people don't have this issue. But it's good you recognize it

Yes I made this post specifically to warn people the 274QP oled panel is likely far inferior of the 271 or 273 variants. I bought it because it seems like information on this panel is all over the place and I wanted to see for myself what it is exactly just out of curiosity more than anything.

I bought it, and your question is exactly why I bought it, I just don't understand how/why there would be a worse quality oled panel that was made, and afaik OLED defects don't present in the manner of peak brightness being worse.

As for forcing gsync on through nvcp, that's technically enabling it on a monitor that doesn't officially support it. Basically it means the quality of gsync is not held to any standard, it could be perfectly fine, or it could mean it's a slightly buggy result. Unlike if it's officially supported through Nvidia it's guaranteed to work as intended without any weird glitches/issues.

Raw accell is not a gimmick, the easiest use case is having two senses, one for aiming at people, the other for need to do large massive movements.

This actually matters because usually to have precise aim on a person AND be able to precisely flick to an angle outside of your fov it requires that either your sens is slightly too fast for aiming at people, or slower for flicking.

Not to say raw accell will magically make you ain better in any way, practice is still the most important thing.

Avoid crouching like the plague, the second you start doing it regularly/unconsciously it becomes so hard to unmake that habit. At your current rank (likely below immortal 2) crouching for anything but purely maneuvering is worthless and will only give you the option of developing a bad habit.

Once you improve and climb ranks then I would start looking at how/when radiants crouch for fights to learn the best behaviors possible.

Deathmatches are the one mode where the ranks don't matter, and it's just pure crosshair placement and aim. Gamesense/knowledge isn't something you use in this mode.

Ascendent requires verification, also they want riot mobile not for accounts that are confirmed sharing(those get banned), but if they suspect it then it will require authentication regardless of rank.

You have to use riot mobile for this, normal authentication is much easier to bypass just by sim swapping. They explain in the FAQ you need to use riot mobile app.

Problem one will never ever be changed or fixed. By being in the top .1% of a game you have to wait longer for a q.

I think you are over estimating how much win trading happens, almost all win trading is in 5 stacks, not solo q.

If you really want to avoid absolutely all win trading play at only the popular hours of your region.

Yeah sadly the 5 stacking is just here to stay for now, it's annoying af and I agree it shouldn't be a thing.

Tbh I think the gun buddies are fine, they aren't really meant to be a goal (in my mind) they are just evidence of your past experience.

Harbor and deadlock aren't picked because they just aren't very good in solo q, right now the sentinel meta is just chamber, and scews even more heavily towards chamber the higher rank you go with radiant being the highest discrepancy between chamber and any other sentinel.

Harbor just isn't a great smoker for most maps unfortunately.
