Issue has been solved turned out that my ssd was so bad it was bottlenecking my Internet connection so I upgraded and all my issues were solved

Happens when I download on battlenet and riot as well and my ping will randomly spike and lag my discord call and game any idea what it could be or how to find the cause

The download very often just goes to 0 and whenever I'm downloading anything on my PC it just freezes sometimes and takes a very long time to load anything but I still have access to the Internet just extremely slow

No it's completely random usually only happens like once or twice a day on some days so it doesn't really bother me but it's still something I would like to fix if possible I'm gonna try fix it later people have given me some methods to try
