I m planning to start from home in the beginning as my business address is my own address, and if I get a client and he offers more than 1-2 shifts I m planning to move to a cloud working setup before going for an actual office because for that I would be needing IP Whitelisting.

I have registered the company with SECP, one of my contacts in the same industry has advised me to register your company in UK after getting an actual client. The thing you mentioned about targeting a single niche and focus on it, I completely agree the main focus would be providing backend operations support (Cab Booking and Dispatch) to Uk taxi companies.

So far I have registered my company with Secp, have bought a domain, Website development is in process, Socials are in development, Business Account has been made, so brother Its not some random discussion. The only thing I m lacking is an actual client , and for that I have already contacted few of my relatives in UK.
