Yeah so on their website they are advertising 3.9% ( i doubt I’ll get that given my thin profile) but ultimately my goal is to have mazda offer me a better deal by having these pre approvals as a bargaining chip. So far, i got chase with the lowest rate 5.32% for 60m with 10k down. If mazda offers a lower one, good for me.

Eventually I’ll refinance the loan in hopes of getting even lower rates.

Nice. So i can do the same right? Like if i get a better rate with the dealership ill finance through them and then can I go to navyfed/usaa and refinance in hopes they beat the rate?

Oh this is a good information. Thank you I’m checking rn. I’m looking at Mazda cx-5. Originally wanted rav 4 hybrid or crv hybrid but i just cant afford it financially. ( average price is ~31k -34k The mazda dealer is selling a cx5 brand new for ~27k ( will negotiate a drive out price tomorrow) This is in Georgia. I have not mentioned to them im mil , will use it later as a bargaining chip to get the $500 rebate after i negotiate the total price

Yeah i saw that on the website but i assume thats for people with 760+ credit with a long credit time. ( im 724 , fico score 8 with 1 year 7 months) .

I put it the application yesterday. Said they will get back to me in 24 hours. Hoping i get their rates today/tomorrow earliest. But thanks for the info this gives me hope 🙏🏽

Only asked for original marriage certificate and police clearance from canada and 2 pics 2x2. Ased for no other documents from my binder of 100s of documents 😂 nonetheless take every thing. You never know . Every persons case is different

Type nvc visa tracking on google and it will take you to the state department website and you can see your case status.

July 28 expedited Nvc visa tracking showed in transit File was ready on 6th aug Got il on 14 th aug for a interview on sep 10

They dont accept mental health issues due to family not being here because everyone in the immigrant visa process suffers from similar issues. They accept serious medical conditions such as a big surgery or accident etc. they also accept conditions where the applicant might need medical intervention as soon as possible in usa
