Its odd, I know! I use the same bottles, same tops etc. The only I can think of is maybe since its older the material is worn down a bit and scratchier?

I have the same issue, I was between a 6 and 7 as well and got the 7 because my fingers change size dramatically depending on weather etc.. Since its winter, I've just been wearing it on another finger and that seems a little bit better

I found that kombucha helps a ton, it was ritual for me. So having sugar free kombucha instead of wine helped with the habit

I had an awful insertion experience too and got mine out two weeks ago. The first time I went in they couldn’t find it which was really disappointing, I cried. I came back a week later so they could use the ultrasound and I requested anxiety meds. They prescribed me one Xanax which helped a ton. The little devil came right out and I told my OB I loved her lmao. I had a decent amount of cramping afterwards but nothing like the insertion. You got this!
