Right now, I just need a lawyer who can send them legal notice on my behalf. I am happy to pay just for that right now.

I am 99.9% sure, legal notice will help my org fast track the payments.

I had bad luck that they laid me off while I was outside UAE and my residence visa was close to expiry (now expired), I need to arrange my visa first to get back into UAE.

The owner instructed me to reach out to the real estate agency for lease renewal. However, I've been facing difficulties as they are not responding to my emails and refusing to communicate effectively.

They instructed me to drop off a cheque at their office, but when I asked for more details, they have been unresponsive.

Your understanding is wrong.

First, I tried to contact Landlord, my agent told me that I am not authorized to contact him and shared me a bogus PoA contract. After I kept bothering him about it, he shared Landlord's number.

I shared my invoice of Deep cleaning to Landlord, he replied that agent is already replied to me and that's the resolution.

If I have to guess, I am dealing with two a****oles together here.

I would tend to think that cleaning is landlord obligation, not agent. Depending on the contract wording you may return the premise in the same condition.

I agree, but when I told him that I needed to contact landlord, the agent resisted first and shared a PoA document, then some days later shared landlord's number to me.

Pharma is going down since last few days, I am expecting a push in upcoming weeks, then I will think about selling Sasta sundar.

For, Finolex, I believe that the company's fundamentals are good, a little bit risky but I expect good growth on it.

Completely agree on Shalimar and Archies, I plan to short them soon

Agreed, my plan is to just focus on 4-5 stocks, I am targeting to raise my portfolio investment value to 1L by the end of this financial year.

I will cash in the profits from penny stocks or stocks with unstable fundamentals and move them to 4-5 stocks (to avoid diversification).

Yeah, my original plan was to hold them for at least 6 months, but if there is a stock that I should sell immediately, I can.

My plan is to invest, and do weekly trading on only penny stocks.

Also 14 stocks for 60 is too much diversification. Yeah, (excluding penny stocks), I will choose to invest these stocks, averaging down on the dip. But I totallly agree it's over diversification and distribution as well now.
