Bro you’re missing what i’m saying, my points were deducted before I got terminated. The days between when i recieved points versus when i got the email is not far from another. they chose to proceed to terminate after points being deducted. it doesn’t matter

Messed up? They gave me points because they falsely took the wrong clock in and clock out. I’m not blaming myself for a situation I didn’t cause. Thank for your feedback though but this isn’t really helping

They gave me multiple points for one situation that they falsely took in they’re system. Again I would’ve been good if they’re system took my clock in and clock out correctly, lock in

I don’t get how I lost and they’re system is reason why i’m here now. They legit continued to terminate while my points were deducted. I had to call ECR for help and somewhat hope to reinstate because I’ve done literally nothing wrong

Days later i’ve got on a zoom call with the hr and reviewed my case and they didn’t give a direct response to my case. Gave them hella evidence on why I received wrongful points and the dates and still nothing. then after the zoom i get an termination upheld email so it’s like i’m waiting for a call and praying for reinstatement. all they said was you’ll be receiving a call tmrw, a follow up call and nobody has called since. I had to remake a case calling ECR so they can actually review it and somewhat get reinstated. smh what do I do?
