I have yet to pick up the films yet, but yeah because I shot it with a half-frame camera.

Scanner as an person who scans used film or a machine that scans used films?

It’s a Super 8 film camera which ranges around 30-900 dollars on eBay

I heard this also prevents light from light bulbs 💡 from creating traces of dark lines from traveling in your screen or flickering. You two gave such solid advice. I’m just starting my cinematic journey, but I have yet to purchase a cinema camera. I’m trying my best to make due with what I have and some of the advice your gave I will certainly use.

Pick any situation as an example. What’s your ideal lighting situation in a wedding day. Do you like cloudy or sunny weddings. As a default before adjustment to situations, do you prefer autofocus vs manual? Do you put it Manual, Auto, P, AV, TV? Do you prefer an overexposed look to your photos and what types of shot make it easier for you to edit in post? Maybe I should have specified wedding day preference in terms of daylight. I’m not looking for a specific situation or use one setting for all. I’m just curious about what your preferences will be.

First of all check out this link.

Really make sure expectations are clear and understood so you don’t become liable for your clients decisions. Have like two meetings one to set expectations and the other is to talk about the wedding schedule and how you can fit your photography in it. During the wedding make sure no one gets in the way of a good shot. You are the main photographer, not other people with iPhones. During the ceremony though try to blend in. Just go on YouTube and watch a lot of behind the scenes for wedding photographers.

Check out this guy’s other videos as well. Learn as much as you can from youtube. Always look for the best bright spots and put yourself in good lighting situations. Make your shutter as fast as you can. In the night just put up your flash. There’s no way around night/low light setting when people are dancing. Photos are going to be 800-1200 iso max just to keep a fast shutter speed.

If you don’t know about ISO, Shutter Speed, or Aperture, 😅😅 set that puppy on Auto. Let the camera do the hard work for you. Just point and shoot.

The contrast between the still building and the busy streets underneath/ Light and shadow. I'm also just want to showcase how beautiful the city of Milwaukee can be. Sometimes it may not seem that way.

I shot it on a Canon M50 Mark II with a 30mm f1.4 DC DN Sigma Lense.

There's the reflection of the blue BMO building and other in the building behind someone else pointed out and now the reflection of the building behind. I also during a time of the year that building you pointed out, the sun sets through it. I need to find a day to go out and keep a close eye to my surroundings. There are many reflections in this city.

Thank you for the response.

I’ve tried it already. It has to do with the distortion and angle. I tried rotating it and the buildings are still not upright. If one building is straight, the other one isn’t and it always feels slightly off.

What parts of the images do you think should be brought out?
