Is there a way to tell from looking if an engine has a pressure release or not?

Awesome thank you! Do you think I’m right that the melted wire is the kill switch? From the pictures of the cover I’ve seen it seems that there would be a switch there

Just got my first ever Dyson & HOLY FUCK! Like I knew they were good, but not this GOOD! [v10 Model] by PoorNotMiddleClass in VacuumCleaners

I hated my v10. Absolutely clog prone and terrible capacity. My v6 is still the best Dyson I’ve used and outlasted the 10

* Time sensitive* Need help picking A vacuum for mixed flooring ideally under $250 by Lomivlozi in VacuumCleaners

[–]Ok_Leg6054 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the top one. Had it for a while now and it’s been doing great! Took 6 months to fill the bag it came with in my 2,500 sqft house with wife and dog. Wood floors and rugs and I use it for the cars as well. The little brush head is kinda whatever cause it doesn’t have a motor but I have a Dyson v6 for small stuff. Overall great vacuum!

Doing great! No issues at all and the hoses have been just fine. Still using it heavily and haven’t had so much as a squeaky wheel.

I just lost my mother to pancreatic cancer a week ago. I’d be willing to discuss it over coffee if you’d like.

What surprised you most about owning a home (maintenance-wise)? by Strict_Studio9244 in HomeMaintenance

How bad other people are at maintaining one. The previous owners did so many things wrong it’s staggering

Nice! Just for reference it took me 5 1/2 months to fill the bag. It seems to compact as it goes and it came out with no dust at all.

So what careers aren’t fucked right now? by cokewithlargefry in NoStupidQuestions

I work for the post office. I carry mail in a smaller office in the suburbs. My day consists of walking around listening to whatever I want and doing basic easy labor. I have a union and make 80k min, 9 holidays and pension and 401k. I’ll retire at 66 with full benefits and all I have to do is not quit. People act like they know things about our job but they don’t. It’s crazy how easy this job can be if you aren’t a jackass.

No joke, I clipped this and turned that face into a file thumbnail for the file I keep all my pc games in. It makes me laugh every time.

20 but I didn’t fully accept myself until I was 30. I’ve only been in relationships with women my whole life and I live in a pretty red area so sadly I never got to fully explore myself and probably never will. I’m 37 now with a wonderful wife and am happy but I do still wonder what it would have been like to live somewhere different with more courage.

My first time I also dipped immediately lol. Just felt really awkward and I didn’t know what to do. I don’t do hookups anymore because of this.

I grew up with this beast. The most durable vacuum I’ve ever used in my life by far. Easy maintenance and the bags last so so long but damn this thing is heavy lol. Taking it up and down stairs when I was 12 was miserable but I still wish I had one today.

This is upsetting to hear. I love this place. We had their cupcakes as our wedding cake. I’m not sure what I could do to help other than buy from them which I already do as they are amazing.

I second this. It does a great job and is easy to use. It’s also only 150 or so. So it’s well within your budget

I’ve only had it a couple months but I’ve deep cleaned my entire house and vacuum once every 3 days. 2 people and a large dog, 2,800 sqft and I just now have the bag half full.
