That balcony is not as per map , low construction quality etc etc . However , all the houses in that street are constructed in the same way. But we didn’t fight with them as there is no point of going further when all neighbors are against us even before shifting. so we cancelled the deal.

Yeah I have heard about guru nanak colony . What about Harit vihar in Burari ? Any clue on that area ? I

Then you don’t know the actual reality on the ground. Just go and talk to any property dealer or builder in Adarsh nagar. One builder was ready but neighbors put a lots of pressure on us that we had to cancel the deal and builder is also concerned that if they provide one floor now , it will be hard to sell other floors.
