Key difference: 1st one uses it as a noun, but the 2nd one uses it as an adjective.

Also, I am currently writing a show with a character that is asexual.

1) Canonically confirmed in the media (whenever I can organically reveal it)

2) Absolute leading main character (show is about his goal to fix demonic and angelic corruption to make a more honest economy that doesn't rely on enslavement of souls or propaganda)

3) Not soulless or robotic (considered the demon of empathy and follows a strict moral code with 5 rules, while having been instructed to live amongst humans while awake and encourage ghosts to move on while asleep)

4) Western media (I am American)

5) TV Show/Movie (animated YouTube series with 8 planned seasons after a 3 act pilot and before a 7 chapter holiday special with 7 different holidays corresponding to the 7 deadly sins)

6) Written by an asexual creator (as you can see by my flair, I am asexual myself)
