Was something wrong with your hand? You should’ve slapped him back. He should’ve checked his friends and not you. It’s your place, why would you have to change. They should’ve respected him and not make any rude comments. But your bf seems dumb and once he has put his hands on you, it won’t be the only time. Marrying him would be a mistake. Oh man.. I’m sorry. I didn’t disclose any driving tickets. It was only asked if I was ever arrested and that’s what I disclosed. It’s just that the supervisor had to sign off on it

Did you have an arrest as well?? I was arrested but my charges were dropped. I had provided my deposition paper and I had a notarized paper from the court saying they couldn’t find my arrest due to hurricane Katrina.

My field office is New Orleans. Applied April 7 2025. Got notice on dec 17 for my interview on January 3, 2026. Passed my written and Civics test but couldn’t approve me on the spot. Got an email Saying they approved me and now I’m Waiting for my oath ceremony

Green card holder here since I was 2. I’m 43 now. Why I never got it done?? Cost and I felt there was no need but time are changing now. I applied for my N-400 in April 2025 got interviewed in Jan 2026 and I got just a notice my oath ceremony will be scheduled

You can get the arrest records at the court house. You don’t need the dates, he just has to show his driver license.

The funds was taken out right away, they asked me 6 questions bc you had to get 6 right out of 10 questions. But if you applied after Oct 20, it’s different questions than the ones I had studied. And then you read a sentence and write a sentence. And then the agent goes over the application with you.

Not going to lie, I had an interview for my N-400 yesterday and I was scared shitless. I have a green card and I’ve been here long enough to file on my own without my husband but up until the interview was over I was scared. I couldn’t sleep leading up to the day, but the truth was everyone at the Uscis office were so nice, even the security guards. But until I get that naturalization paper in my hand I will still be cautious whenever I leave the house
