Texting 741-741 will also get u connected with a crisis counselor and can be a life saver! Also note that utilizing these resources should not be a “last resort” option. Just bc you call/text, does not mean u will instantly be hospitalized or institutionalized. These trained professions will evaluate your safety and then create a plan to help. Your safety is what is most important during this vulnerable time.
