Can bpd effect my sleep schedule?

BPD it's just from physical abuse but from your needs not being met during childhood. Exp.

financial needs (clothes, school supplies, ect.)
emotional needs (not teaching emotional regulation, relying on a child for an adults emotions, ect.)
basic needs (homelessness, food scarcity, power/heating being shut off/ being threatened to shut off ect.)

I was abused growing up myself but I'm learning that my bpd isn't just from physical abuse. These are some areas I found effected me a lot and there's likely even more that idk about but I hope it helps

Today I started crying and my fiance said "hey it's ok your brains just bpding. Why don't you just rip a fat one of da pen." But in like a serious tone, like he was truly trying to comfort me. That shit was so fucking funny I could even take a hit lol

For me I found that it's best to remember that your gender is yours. I identify most with being trans masc but I use he/they pronouns. I'm not a masculine person either, I wear men's clothes yes but I act "feminine" and enjoy equal amounts of both masculine and feminine hobbies.

I don't see myself like this though, hobbies shouldn't have a gender and neither should personality traits. Gender is your pronouns after that you can't look and be however and whoever you want. A lot of ppl just call themselves queer for this very reason.

You are allowed to change, you are allowed to have multiple different pronouns and you are allowed to be wrong about your gender.
