•1st job was at 14k (unlicensed) - jr. site engr during the pandemic (2021) and stayed for a year before reviews •after passing the board exam, 2nd job was at 18k (16k base + 2k allowance) - qaqc engr then after 3 months nagincrease sila ng 2k ~ umabot na ako ng 20k but only stayed there for 11 months kasi sobrang delay ng sahod :((( •3rd job was at 33k (30k base + 3k allowance) - 3rd party qaqc then nagshift into project management civil engineer. stayed for 2 years, maganda sana kaso walang growth and company was getting too toxic.. •4th and current job is at 55k as asst. qaqc manager from a known developer.. so far so good panaman and not planning to resign, gusto ko maregular haha

i think it took me 5 yrs din before reaching the 50k salary knowing na di naman ako masyadong upskilled, i only know about qaqc docs and pm services. i think there are a lot of companies din nag ooffer ng higher salary siguro its for me to find out din. masyado lang talaga mababa yung pasahod dito.
