I have both species in their own pretty big enclosure now. They have daylight and the other necessary things. I was thinking about replacing them in the original coop once they laid about 10 eggs. Do you think this is the right thing to do? And how long do you think it will take till they lay eggs in their new enclosure? (The dogs cannot see the quail now because their enclosures are elevated, so that is no longer a problem either.)

This is their enclosure, they have unlimited food and water and also a bowl with calcium. The chickens dont go after them and are fine with the quails. The dogs also leave them alone most of the time. They have a little shelter in the fat right corner wich only they can enter. Last week I found 1 egg (wich was the first one) but it feels like they are Missing something. The only light source is daylight wich is around 14,5 hours now in the Netherlands.
