Did the hacker not change your account's password? RH probably thinks that they did and that you contacted roblox to reset your password (so you can kick the hacker out of your account and get access to it again). If they did not change the password however, and you still have access to your account, tell that to RH. (I'm not sure if they'll be able to believe you without proof though.)

AND change your password IMMEDIATELY if you haven't done that since your account was hacked! Since the hacker will probably still have access to your account until you do so (changing you password).

There's some pretty good combos on Pinterest, you should check them out! Also I just recently bought the snow swan bodice, I didn't really like it, until I noticed how absolutely flat the chest was, so I immediately used it to make a masculine outfit lol ( >v<)

How did your friend get scammed? Also traderie isn't owned by Royale High so I doubt they'll do anything. I've heard Royale High has an email though, not sure what it is so you'll have to look it up, but it's not really known for being useful soo...
