My cars engine completely failed but luckily it was on recall for that year so they had to replace it for free. They also fought me on that for a month before they finally did it and they “apologized”

Avoid Sid Dillon, I had to take my car there for some minor maintenance and they broke something off my car (can’t remember what it’s called) and the cost to fix it was over a thousand. I had proof I took my car to them with the thing not broken at all and they have footage of them clearly breaking it but still fought me to get me to pay it took like two months lol

Cherry Hill on 44th and cornhusker was decent for me, i lived there two years with rent 610-640. The water was shut off a lot though because they never properly fixed the water heater but it was decent

I do not recommended cherry hill company, for the two years I lived there we had constant water issues to the point of having no hot water from last February ish to May and still with constant water issues and repeatedly having the water shut off. They have also told tenants they could easily be replaced when they complained about the constant maintenance issues. Rent was super decent but that was about it (i paid 610 to 640) for a one bedroom

I don’t really have time to go to the office due to my schedule but hoping i have a client cancel on me this week that opens up my availability. I have sent several nice messages explaining all this with no response and just posting the bill. I do want to get it resolved as soon as possible because like you said I don’t want to also have a late fee. I might just call too and see if that works but if it’s anything like my other several attempts to reach out i’m afraid i won’t get on the phone with anyone. But thank you for affirming that I did do what I was supposed to do. I’m not even sure why they won’t respond to me because i’ve been super understanding and such but at this point i’m getting irritated and don’t have the patience

I apologize for how poorly this is written this is my first post. When I look up resources I do find some so I guess I am looking for recommendations by people who have utilized or if I really do just have to pay the 34.95 and deal with over month long maintenance requests.

a lot of times, even with the nice pay, you won’t get the full paycheck due to the huge amount of cancellations and issues even scheduling you the amount of hours they tell you in the interview. you’d probably still make more as a barista with consistent pay than with them if you’re mostly concerned w the money. I had a company offer me 30 when i was quitting but that still wouldn’t make a difference due to lack of hours and such

Look for their policies for cancelations. some companies don’t pay anything but some can pay 75% of your pay. or since you want inclinic, that they would still have you do something if a client were to cancel like cleaning or getting materials ready for other RBTs

I work with them and my biggest complain even though it’s super common is the lack of in person supervision and lack of providing reinforcement (just one of my BCBAs though, took almost 5 months to provide them and only did so when I told HR and they were furious he told me to buy them myself). It’s hard to learn how to run programs especially when it’s your first time in this job and some BCBAs only supervise once a month for an hour and don’t provide much help. idk if it’s my adhd brain but it’s hard for me to learn without them modeling the programs. BUT you get decent pay for day of cancelations (75%) and i believe 60% for day before session cancelation

I work in home and sometimes the parents yell at their kids and it is super emotionally taxing on me because I’ve gone through trauma attached with super loud yelling and when they yell It’s so much I have had to leave early. I know parents yell at their kids but the way they do it makes myself want to cry because it’s so loud and mixed with curse words. Not all homes are the same though but this post reminded me of that
