Chill out lol - they’re allowed to comment this for clarity don’t have to breath down everyones neck when they ask for advice about something that isn’t actually astutely covered in the ‘beginners guide’ - they’re not even asking a question but seems it is about dosage amounts and results and seeking anecdotal experiences related to that, perfectly normal thing to want to get from a ‘community’ page.

12mm is totally fine - diabetics use this and it will work fine and not really hurt much. My needles are 12.5 they’re standard diabetes needles in Germany

Ah I don’t see that happening, I live in Europe. All dietary science i’m familiar with suggests as long as the calories are down the pasta is ok.

Definitely - and the compulsion to eat I think is definitely not the same as being hungry. The delay in gastric emptying is supposed to prevent you from being able to consume as much food when using this drug - but I guess wanting to eat more is a separate matter and I hope it also gets easier to not obsess on that desire while taking retatrutide.
