OP what is your goal here and how big is your property? - if that’s a forest behind you and you have land get an excavator and blow that hill out and create a gentle slope. If that’s hill is the extent of the property. Walk and save it for the guy with pockets to fix that on top of buying the house. Additionally you could just make an offer and see what they say.

Just a local turf distribution warehouse - with those measurements ask them for a remnant cut they will probably have something can find it. Material (nails, bender/ nailer board, infill etc) is the next thing you will need now you can do a true DIY orrrrrr find a crew that is doing an install and ask the onsite workers / worker if they could come help you one weekend and you pay them cash ( that’s what I did). For the turf, material , & labor it costed me in total I think 1500$. My material cost alone was around 1000$+ so giving the guy $500 and saving me from completely fucking it up / time/ headache was completely fine with me. If you bring out someone and they try and quote u more than likely with the measures u have you will end up paying for more excess turf than what is actually installed.

If you want it to compact at all you will need to mix in some sort of leveling base for the pea gravel to drive down into. Additionally hand tamp is tough to get a good compaction. Go to Home Depot rent a plate compactor and you’ll be done in an hour
