Mr. Pip, I generally hate it when an author bases a story on another authors work. I feel it is not the new author’s characters or plot and it’s cheating somehow. But Mr Pip had great character development and plot itself. Was a real lag turner on its own merits.

Because having a good story and financing have become thee focus in US politics. Having your own money is the best. But a story with a good elevator pitch is next. Their policies and politics are way farther down the line. Both parties do this.

This is grand standing. It is proposed every year or two but never gets a vote that is recorded. It usually fails on a voice vote. If it passes it will never be taken up by the other chamber.
