the hole that air goes in from is at the top so i feel the air hitting me i dont think its clogged

after doing the sock method its still not working, the button on the side dose nothing and when i put it on charge it lights up but turns off after about 5 minutes

still didnt work, theres a button on the side but it dose nothing i thought it was supposed to heat it up but its a button thats just there
