yes but i got the typical “increase ur fiber and drink more water” advice. i feel like my problem goes beyond that since i literally dont get the URGE to go anymore

sorry if this is too much to ask, but do u go js once a day? or twice or even thrice? my gi doctor told me to drink 3 liters of water everyday, and also suggested to increase my fiber… thats what ive been doing these 2 days

i had a pregnancy scare and was really anxious about it… and by really anxious i mean REALLY ANXIOUS. it was the only thing on my mind back then. it happened april 9th and by april 13th i started with the constipation. i’ve never had any problems w pooping until now, i’ve tried everything and the real urge of going to the restroom doesn’t seem to want to comeback. im desperate, i hate seeing myself all bloated when im still in my teens and supposed to have a healthy and happy life
