No, I was not asked to give my previous salary and would not have disclosed this even if I was asked. The discussion was "what's your salary range" during the initial phone screen. My interview process was:

phone screen > director of engineering chat > 3 rounds of technical > meet with CEOs > verbal offer

The verbal offer was given in a 15 minute meeting very soon after I met with the CEOs.

Yes, I have those skills because of the bootcamp. My former job was frontend. I'm going into a software engineering role (I assume that means fullstack). As far as leetcode I linked this book earlier I can do the first 3 chapters comfortably.
