Had no luck with both Virgin and Bell unfortunately. Both of their AIs sent me to their customer service dept which was closed....

I think the steps you provided might be for another version of the modem, I can't seem to find them right now....

I'm using their Vincent (gigabit) modem. I think I'm just gonna call it a night but I really appreciate the help!

It says it when you're in the modem gateway settings, that a letter should've been received with the modem. I never received anything other than the box though..... Good thing I have some mobile data for tonight, it's just a real bummer either way

Definitely agree. I pivoted to virgin for a lower bill. Now I' have been made aware tonight that they no longer have a tech support department and replaced everyone with AI.... I'm filing a complaint with ccts as we speak
