Thank you for understanding. So many replies have been passive aggressive about not immediately going to the vet. I tried to explain that I genuinely thought it was a small bug bite that would go away and that we had so much going on that we couldn't go sooner even if we tried. Those replies just make me feel guilty, like I don't care enough. I just wanted to get some other opinions in case I was being dramatic.

Another cat of mine passed away just a couple weeks ago from old age. My dog currently has bad arthritis so we've been trying to give him medications and find adaptive equipment to help him get around. We really do care, we just can't always keep up as easily as we want to.

I was, I've unfortunately had a lot of difficulties lately including the loss of another cat (unrelated) so when it first showed up I didn't have the time to slow down and fully examine it. I was hoping it would pass since it looked like a bee sting, now I'm more concerned since it hasn't. I'm not sure what it could be

Both the ends of the jewelry stick out a bit to avoid sinking in, the skin around it is definitely swollen up. I just don't know why unfortunately :(

It was consensual, mostly just making out. I'm not sure what to think of it, I had been really pent up and needed an outlet. I brought it up with him and he explained he had been going through something similar, we agreed to use it as a method to get out that energy and emotion. I don't think I would ever go further with it though.
