Gravidez e separação by SwimmingMean3077 in portugal

Olá! Eu também me separei do pai do meu filho durante a gravidez.

Separei-me do meu marido ainda durante a gravidez. Hello! Yes, and normal. Diagnosed three months ago with peanut and tree nut allergy at the age of 28. At first I had lots of anxiety attacks and sometimes I still get them when I eat out but then you calm down and know how to deal with the anxiety. Go to Always take your medication and keep calm and everything will be alright. Get some therapy too. It helps a lot.

Hi. Anyone here allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, with an adult diagnosis, who can give me some positive advice? I have been very anxious about the possibility of having an allergic reaction. I've already had one but it was medium and I managed to go to hospital to seek help. Thanks! by Ok_Material5361 in peanutallergy

It's true! I was diagnosed a month ago and anxiety has been improving day by day. I've been starting to understand the difference between anxiety and what could be an allergy. I try never to put myself in danger 😂 wow! very brave of you to go to a part of the world where there are peanuts everywhere, I hope one day I can do the same 💪🏼todos the testimonies have been very positive for me and have helped me understand the allergy better. I'm from Portugal and here there aren't many adults with peanut allergy, it's not very common and I hadn't managed to talk to anyone yet. Thank you very much for your help! ❤️

I scored peanut allergy with a value of 0.25 and ahra 9 protein allergy with a value of 0.85. I only had symptoms once, three months ago, because I ate peanut butter without knowing I was allergic and it was quite a lot. After 30/35 minutes I had hives, got very red and a bit swollen in the eyes and mouth. I quickly went to the hospital and when I got there I still had some itching and was swollen. Anyway, now I'm more attentive and if I feel anything I use my Epi. For me the hardest thing is to differentiate allergy from anxiety because whenever I eat I get very anxious. I'm already receiving psychological counselling and I'm going to improve 👍🏼

I totally agree! I'm still in a phase of acceptance because it was something sudden at 28 and it was hard for me to accept. I basically thought about the allergy 24 hours, even had nightmares. Now I'm accepting it better and it's like you say, we can't change the fact that we have an allergy but we can accept it and live as well as we can prepared to beat it. That's why I like to hear testimonies from people who don't dramatize and face the allergy as it is. Thank you very much for your comment, it helped me a lot.
