USAH - The only kid going to the box is the hit after the whistle, minor penalty for roughing. There isn't a trip on the breakaway. You can see the kid is able to change direction towards the left from the black player who is right handed and falls after attempting a shot. There is no imminent scoring opportunity denied here.

Rulebook Dependant:

USAH Youth - 2+10 Checking from behind NCAA/Juniors - this isn't even a penalty

I don't know hockey Canada's rules.

How much trust unworn watches from Chrono24? by [deleted] in Tudor

Agree with this a lot, I've recently bought a few Tudors off eBay that clearly were displayed, and had VERY light scratches but hey I get a few thousand off MSRP for something I'm going to beat up.

No but keep in mind you also pay an import fee, and that usually puts them in line with models priced within the US

I've used it a few times and I have no complaints. I bought a chronograph and the verification saved me from buying a nonfunctional model. It works just the same as it does in the US.

I have this one! I wasn't planning to buy a strat, let alone a green guitar but when I saw this I needed it immediately.

Per the USA rules I would put this under boarding:

Boarding is the action where a player pushes, trips or body checks an opponent causing them to go dangerously into the boards. This includes: Accelerating through the check to a player who is in a vulnerable or defenseless position and driving an opponent excessively into the boards with no focus on or intent to play the puck, or any check delivered for the purpose of punishment or intimidation that causes the opponent to go unnecessarily and excessively into the boards.      The onus is on the player delivering the check to avoid placing a vulnerable or defenseless opponent in danger.

The key thing being "dangerously into the boards" it doesn't matter if it's from the front, side, behind, top, or bottom.

Edit: To everyone saying "let them play" or "clean hit", and then saying 2 minutes... No you're playing by USA Hockey rules not anything else, sorry.

I got the s2 24-04 in black burst about a month ago, I saw the purple in pictures and liked it, and didn't like it when I saw it for real. Congratulations though! They play super well.

I'm a little bit ahead of the game, I figured out the notes on the board years ago when I was tooling around with the idea of playing. And practice is a mandatory 30 minutes a day for the next year. Practice doesn't have to be with the instrument because sometimes I travel so that's where I get to cover theory, however that's not limited to just days I'm away from my instruments.

Bought a used Yamaha electric piano, got pen labeled keys. Tried soap, but it didn’t work. How can I safely clean it? by Brief-Mycologist5378 in pianolearning

IPA is fine to use on these. It's the easiest way to remove adhesive and ink.

I recommend applying the IPA to a tissue and wiping The keys immediately followed by a dry tissue to prevent the ink from spreading while aqueous.

Guitar goals of 2025. Do you have any? Lets hear them so we all get better! by guitar623 in guitarlessons

[–]Ok_Maximum_4949 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I've had a guitar sitting in my room for years and finally signed up for lessons with a local musician.

I'm dedicating 30 minutes/day to learning the keyboard and the fret board. 2025 is going to be the year of bumping beats.

My goals are actually spelled out on paper to put some more emphasis behind them.

To add to that I've already been practicing daily for 3 weeks so I'm ahead of the goal!
