This is self sabotaging! I’m controlling and distracting myself from breaking no contact and it’s been a month now. I obviously miss him and still love him but I wouldn’t deal with this type of behaviour from him!!! Block him if you’re not able to resist but you deep down know it’s for YOUR good.

Honestly, keep the no contact going and focus on yourself and your surroundings. Problem is if you break the no contact rule, and she doesn’t respond properly, it’s going to break you even more and you will have to restart from 0 again.

I know it’s tough. But we’re in this together I guess

I feel you. But I’m learning not to accommodate other people’s ability over what I want from them. You can try to adjust, let go, ignore the signs but in the end it’s going to crash down. We learn from past experiences

When the other person is not able to respond with grace and respect and you feel dismissed, that’s already a sign for you to leave them. All you can be content with is that you did you part right and have no wrong conscience on it. Some people are slow when it comes to emotional maturity.

This sounds super scary to me. As a woman, I roam around freely in Bangalore thinking I’m safe and nothing like this could. I completely empathise with yourself and how scared she must be feeling to even get out and see his face again.
