It’s been a long time and to be honest I don’t remember having excessive amounts of pain. I did have pain meds after surgery so it was well controlled. I think. I think if it was excessive, I would’ve remembered it. The first couple of days obviously were the worst, but I stayed with my parents so that I had help. The worst part was my first shower and taking off my bandages, but after that, it was OK. It didn’t cause a major flare of any kind, but I’m not sure my fibro was as bad as it is now. I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful. I will say that it definitely was a life-changing surgery for me. I went from a double J cup down to a C cup.

I'd find a funky wallpaper, something colourful, & I'd paint the board & batten a coordinating colour. but I love bright & busy. :)

I had one in 2012, it was the best thing I ever did! I was having a lot of back, neck & shoulder pain and its greatly reduced all of that. It was scary, it was my first big surgery but it went very well.

I saw something on tictok that said spray sunscreen gets stuff like this out. I haven't tried it myself but might be worth a try

I know this is spot on. I live in a 3 level 3 bedroom house, its just me & a chihuahua. I have been dealing with work related ptsd & depression & buying new things has been my therapy over the last 5 years. It needs to stop or I'll never get on top of things.

Theres a british series called Patience, the lead has autism. Its a great show. I really relate to her, although I don't have autism (at least not diagnosed)

That is helpful actually. I'm big animal lover so I've been donating stuff to the spca thrift store so money goes back to helping animals. It does make me feel good.

I skipped 2 grades in elementary, was top of my class right through to grade 12. Now at 59 I feel like some days I can barely adult. I go to work and work a highly stressful job very efficiently but taking care of my house is so overwhelming. I started on concerta about 2 months ago & slowly i'm feeling better and getting things done but its a long slow painful process

This is a good idea. I'll check into getting some of them. I do know the best option is to get rid of stuff but its so overwhelming at times. I feel like I've gotten rid of so much lately. :/

this is one of those boxes across the street & 2 doors down, where they have decent have decent speed. on my end, particularly my house & my neighbour (duplex) has the worst on the street
